I’ve been wanting to see Mikaela and her band for a few years now but they have never made it to Milwaukee in that time. For this tour she will be solo with her Harp, but I bet we can convince her to come back to Milwaukee sometime in the future if we show up early to The Backroom!

If you don’t know Circles Around the Sun yet my suggestion is to dive back to the beginning and check out their “Interludes For The Dead” album from 2015 which is Featuring founding member Neal Casal. RIP. This was the music that was created for the Dead 50 shows at Soldier Field in Chicago, which I was lucky enough to attend the Friday show. This was the perfect set break music for such a magical event. I was lucky enough to get out to Brooklyn Bowl in NYC the next year and caught CATS there. We are certainly in for a treat with this one Milwaukee! I hope that you all heed my warning and do not sleep on this show!
