WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are a cashless facility, meaning that we are unable to accept cash as a form of payment at any/all points of sale. We accept Gift Cards, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
*Please note that concert artist merchandise sales are separate and may still accept cash. Other vendors at various hosted events may also accept cash.
I WANT TO ATTEND AN EVENT. IS THE EVENT RAIN OR SHINE? WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF POSTPONEMENTS? IF SO, HOW?
All concerts operate under rain or shine conditions, unless stated otherwise on the event page. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the venue, at any time. If an event is to be postponed for any reason, we will notify everyone via our Facebook page and/or by email if the event is ticketed.
I’M HERE, SO HOW DO I GET IN?
The main entrance for most events hosted at Breese Stevens Field is Gate 1, on Paterson Street, near the corner of E. Washington Ave. Additional entrances (see below) are open for entry on a per event basis.
Gate 1: Main entrance on the corner of E. Washington and Paterson St. (ADA Accessible Entry)
Gate 4: Located on the Corner of Paterson St. & E. Mifflin St. (ADA Accessible Entry)
Gate 6: Located on E. Mifflin St., between Paterson St. and Brearly St.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE I ARRIVE AT BREESE STEVENS FIELD?
Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the facility.
Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection) to ensure that no restricted items enters the venue. We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
No, smoking / vaping is not permitted in the venue.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our management or security so we can ensure the best experience possible for all of our guests.
CAN I BRING IN A BAG? WHAT CAN / CAN’T I BRING IN THE VENUE?*
No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
No replica weapons.
No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind.
No carry-in alcohol is permitted. Beverages will be available for purchase.
Umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue, at any time.
Small personal clutches / purses / fanny packs (max size 12″x 12″) or clear plastic / vinyl / PVC bags (max size 12″ x 12″ x 6″) are the only carry-in bags that are allowed. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers.
One clear, factory sealed water bottle is permitted. No other outside food and beverage is allowed. Concessions will be available for purchase.
Strollers are permitted, but must not impede the experience of others.
No chairs are allowed. For all ADA seating information, please click HERE.
No animals/pets are allowed, except specifically trained service animals.
Blankets are allowed on the west half of the field, in designated areas, and will be checked by security at entry gates.
No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH MOBILE TICKETS?
We are moving towards strictly digital tickets along with a lot of the entertainment industry. Each digital ticket will have a scannable barcode that can also be added to your smartphone’s wallet in advance so you don’t have to worry about poor cell service. You can also easily transfer your tickets to friends who may not be arriving at the same time as you. To expedite entry, please have your phone brightness turned up. NOTE: Your barcode includes technology to protect it, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or print outs.
I WANT TO BRING MY CHILD TO A SHOW. DO THEY NEED A TICKET?
Children age 2 and under in arms do not need a ticket. Occasionally specific shows might have their individual policies which would supersede our venue policy. These instances would be indicated on the ticket link. We also strongly recommend a form of protective ear covers to protect your kiddo’s sensitive ears.
DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY?
Re-entry is not permitted at any concerts at Breese Stevens Field. Also, for concerts, we will have a patio to use for smoking or fresh air, located at Gate 3.
I HAVE A GA / RESERVED CONCERT TICKET. WHAT AREAS DO I HAVE ACCESS TO?
With a GA ticket, you have access to the general admission field area, behind the designated Gold Circle. Most concerts at Breese Stevens Field do not include reserved seating.
When applicable, with a reserved ticket, you will have an assigned seat in the grandstand with access to GA. Refer to your ticket for your seat #.
With a Gold Circle ticket, you will have access to a premium access area located directly in front of the stage. Gold circle has two entrances/exits. All Gold Circle tickets are standing room only, unless otherwise accommodated by venue staff.
We will have barricaded areas designated for accessible seating for those in need.
WHAT TIME DOES THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?
Box Office hours vary by event. On average, the box office will open 60-90 minutes prior to the scheduled time for gates opening
